RULES OF COMPETITIONS ORGANIZED BY HAPPY CHILD 

Valid from May 1, 2019 

§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS 

1. The Competition is organized by Happy Child, a company registered in Great Britain 

2. Competitions will be held via our company's fanpage 

3. Answers to the competition question should be sent exclusively to happychild.doncaster@gmail.com or under the indicated post on our fanpage 

4. The Competition is not a promotional lottery within the meaning of Art. 2 sec. 1 item 9 of the Act on Games and Mutual Betting of July 29, 1992 (Journal of Laws 04.4.27, as amended) and is not subject to the rules contained in the aforementioned Act and the implementing regulations to this Act. 

§ 2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION 

1. Any natural person who is a follower of the official Happy Child fanpage may participate in the Competition 

2. By participating in Happy Child competitions, you consent to the publication of your image and the work you have done or the answers you have provided on our fanpage. 

3. The Organizer's employees cannot participate in the Competition. 

§ 3 RULES OF THE COMPETITION AND PRIZES 

1. The subject of the competition is to provide a correct answer to the competition question asked by the Organizer or to complete a competition work via Facebook.com. 

 2. The prize will be awarded to a person who meets all the conditions of the competition 

3. The prizes in the Competition are: only services offered by Happy Child, i.e. entertainer service, soap bubble service, decoration service, which does not include travel to the customer 

4. The awarded prize cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be a commercial offer for third parties, the prize is realized only for the winner of the competition and cannot be transferred to anyone else. 

5. Any doubts regarding the rules of the Competition, the provisions of its Regulations and interpretation will be resolved by the Organizer. 

6. The winner of the prize will be notified of the win within 7 days of the end of the competition 

7. In order to confirm the will to accept the prize, the notified Winner should respond to the Organizer within 3 (three) days from the date of sending the notification, under penalty of losing the right to the prize. 

8. The Organizer reserves the date and time for the realization of the prize

§ 4 PERSONAL DATA OF COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS

1. The condition of participation in the Competition is that the Participant provides true personal data, i.e.: first name, last name, e-mail address, contact phone number (in order to arrange the date and place of delivery of the prize).

2. The data provided will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting this Competition and in connection with the issue of prizes.

§ 5 FINAL PROVISIONS

The Organizer is entitled to change the provisions of these Regulations.
